It tracks the market just the same as any real brokerage does and lets you invest in stocks with a virtual account.  The cool thing is that you can even earn actual REAL money by winning contests.

The account is 100% free.  You only need an email address to play.  They do not ask for credit card info or nothing.  They do however offer you some programs and products while you sign up, but you are not required to purchased or sign up for anything.  I think they programs they offer help sponsor the site so they are definitely worth a glance.
